The International IAESTE Day was first organized in six countries in 2005. It can serve as an annual occasion for the global promotion of IAESTE as well as for the continuation and the establishment of good relationships with companies, universities and students. The International IAESTE Day is meant to be a day of "Global Party for Global Players", when all countries, members and friends of IAESTE celebrate the aims and goals of the organisation.

• IAESTE is a non-profit organisation.
  
  
• Since its foundation in 1948, the IAESTE was able to initiate over 300.000 student exchanges. This does not only make IAESTE the exchange organisation with most exchanges worldwide but also with most experience in the business!
  
  
• Every year approximately 7.000 student exchanges are organized.
